These are qualities needed to become a successful, positive, and happy person. Things in life are getting harder and harder with each passing day. Vitamins, pills, and powders that are sold over the counter and by prescription are nothing but masks and bandages. Psychiatrists, like most people with jobs main concern is to make money, therefore, at $150-$250/hr they want you to keep coming back to tell your life story. Then they will make up all of these fancy terminology of words to describe your supposed psychological problems. When in essence, all you really need is a mentor, a person with common sense to tell you that you are fine. Folks, let me tell you something. There are no cures, for depression, anxiety, and stress in a bottle. The only way you will ever feel really good about your surroundings, other people, and the adventurous life you are living is by doing cardio-vascular exercises and by communicating positive thoughts to the cortex of your brain. Your perception towards life is controlled by you, and you alone. When you cogitate to yourself, make sure you tell your brain how wonderful this life is. Remember, if you tell yourself negative things, you will have negative thoughts. Change your attitude today. Get up and start walking, running, canoeing, skateboarding, skiing, rafting, treadmills, rowing, jogging, swimming, or riding a bicycle because it will change your perspective towards life and you will not believe the results. If you are in your 20s and 30s, the effects of not exercising will not take hold until you are in your 40s. Life is too short to squander your opportunities to become a succesful person. Be considerate, appreciative, and courteous to everyone you come into contact with daily. And last of all, quit seeing those money hungry doctors whose main concern is to fill their pockets with cash, not to tell you that really you are fine and you just need to think positively about the earth and the enviornment around you.
