Folks, serious injury can occur from riding a bicycle. The first pictures you see are when the stunt guru was riding along on a sidewalk and came in contact with a telephone pole. Just by barely brushing the side of it, a staple lodged into the side of my finger and wrapped around my tendons. BikerFox has sustained numerous injuries such as a broken shoulder twice and his right elbow once. We recommend that you never try to do any of these extreme tricks on a bicycle unless you are a professional. The tear injury occurred when my foot slipped off the pedal into the sprocket. Make sure your chain is adjusted properly where it is not slipping or causing any other problems. Ooops, looks like another injury to my right elbow. Frank Paul went in for X-rays and there is a chip next to the bone, and the doctor drained his bruised elbow. Riding along at 10mph or 15mph thrushing yourself up on to the top of the handlebars of a bicycle while balancing yourself flipping over the handlebars and thrushing the bicycle out of the way so you do not land on top of it, and at the same time landing on your feet is so unbelievably dangerous. Please make sure that before starting an exercise regiment that you get a physical. Start out slowly in the beginning so you do not injure yourself while exercising. MORE photos to come soon from other injuries. Have a nice day.
