BikerFox was riding his bicycle on 65th and Lewis last Saturday minding his own business as usual. A motorist came up within 5 feet from BikerFox's back tire. He was a little bit concerned because that was a little bit close for a car to be following an 18lb bicycle. The automobile weighed well over 4000lbs and the driver did not seem particulally happy to see a cyclist in the street. After honking and shouting words at BikerFox, the motorist first ran over BikerFox, stopped, backed up, ran over the bicycle a second time, stopped and finally got out of his vehicle and assaulted Frank knocking him into the ground. Luckily there was an off duty Jenks police officer by the name of "Jason" (not shown in the pics) who bravely jumped out of his truck and had the motorist put his hands on his suburban. What a Hero! Inevitably, the Police only charged him with a mistdemeanor. The Jenks Police officer could not believe that the Tulsa Police did not charge this guy with a felony. BikerFox's $2000 bicycle was never reimbursed by this fellow. If it were not for this Jenks police officer, BikerFox may have been injured from this angry motorist. John and Frannie, shown in the pictures, went to the local convienence store and bought a camera to take these pictures. Incidentally, I have known John for over 35 years. He has a brother by the name of Jeff whom is a good friend. Friends, Patriots, and Comprades, have respect for pedestrians and cyclists. Remember, whatever you think about bicyclists and other people you come in contact with is what you think about yourself. So be happy, enjoy life, have respect for this fantastic opportunity you have been given once in a life time.

Love,

BikerFox
